To participate in any auction, users must first book a seat. Auctions require a minimum number of participants (e.g., 10 members). Once this threshold is reached, all participants are notified via SMS about the auction start time.
🔐 2. Call Security & Bidding
When the auction starts, users must place their bids by freezing a call security amount (e.g., 5,000 for a 100,000 offer). This ensures commitment and fairness. Users can place one or multiple bids during the live timer countdown.
🥇 3. Highest Unique Bid Wins
Hushburg uses a Highest Unique Bid System. This means:
- If two users bid the same amount, it's marked as Dismissed.
- If a user repeats their own bid, it's Crossed.
- The user with the highest unique amount wins the auction.
Winner is automatically announced when the countdown ends.

SMS alerts are sent for:
- Auction confirmation & start time
Push Notification alerts are sent for:
- Bid status updates (Crossed, Dismissed, Unique)
- Winner announcement
💰 5. Refund & Wallet Usage
If a user does not win, the call security is refunded to their Hushburg Wallet within 24 hours. Users can:
- Withdraw the balance to their bank account
- Use it to shop in the Hushburg store
- Participate in future auctions or usee digital services

A: Yes, as long as you book a seat and have sufficient wallet balance for call security.
Q: What if I forget to bid after seat booking?
A: Seat booking fee is not refundable. You will not be charged call security unless you place an actual bid. Seat booking simply secures your eligibility.
