Both are disqualified at that amount. Neither wins with that offer. A new unique number is needed.

Refundable securityRaise with New Calls if Needed
If your offer is Dismissed or Crossed, submit a new Call. From the 2nd Call onward a refundable Call Security deposit is held based on your offer amount. Your player badge upgrades with each Call, unlocking a faster Hold Timer.
Refunds within 24hAuction Closes at Countdown Zero
The participant with Highest Unique status when the timer hits zero wins. Their Call Security is applied toward the final purchase plus delivery. Every other Call Security deposit is refunded in full within 6 to 24 hours.
