The Hushburg Shopping Wallet
A platform balance for in-app activity, not a financial account
Your Hushburg wallet is designed to make shopping, bidding, and ordering seamless inside the platform. It is not a bank account, savings wallet, or financial instrument. We encourage you not to keep large sums of personal or emergency money in your Hushburg wallet. Use it for what it is built for: enjoying everything Hushburg has to offer.
Section 01 Wallet Top-Ups and Deposits
All Wallet Deposits Are Final
All balance top-up transactions made to your Hushburg wallet are final and non-refundable. Once funds have been successfully credited to your account, they cannot be reversed or returned to the original payment source.
This policy exists because deposited funds are immediately available for platform activity including shopping, auctions, and service bookings. Hushburg processes top-ups in real time and cannot reverse third-party payment gateway transactions on behalf of a user.
Do not top up more than you plan to spend on the platform. Hushburg is a shopping wallet. We recommend depositing only what you intend to use for your current activity.
Section 02 Auction Security Deposit Refunds
How Auction Security Refunds Work
Hushburg auctions use two separate charges: a non-refundable seat booking fee, and a refundable Call Security deposit from your 2nd Call onward. The refund process for Call Security deposits is outlined below.
Seat Booking Fee
Charged once when you enter a live auction room. This fee covers your room entry and your 1st Call. It is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the auction ends before you place a bid or if you choose to leave the room.
Call Security Deposit (Non-winning Calls)
If your Call does not result in a win, your Call Security deposit is returned to your Hushburg shopping wallet. This refund is processed after a human-verified audit of the closed auction, typically within 24 hours of auction close, and no later than 72 hours.
Call Security Deposit (Winning Call)
If your Call holds Highest Unique status when the auction ends, your Call Security is applied toward the final product price plus delivery. It is not refunded; it becomes part of your payment for the item you won.
Why Refunds Require Audit
Auction refunds are processed after a human-verified review of the closed room's bid history to ensure accuracy. This protects all participants from erroneous refunds or disputes. Refunded amounts are credited directly to your Hushburg shopping wallet, not to an external payment method.
Auction security refunds are credited to your Hushburg shopping wallet, not to bKash, Nagad, or any bank account directly. From your wallet, you may use the balance for further in-app activity or submit a withdrawal request subject to the conditions in Section 4.
Section 03 Shopping Order Refunds
Refunds on Store and Service Orders
Hushburg uses escrow-protected payments for all Store and service orders. Your payment is held by Hushburg and is not released to the seller until you confirm your order has arrived and you are satisfied.
If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or significantly differs from the product listing, you may raise a dispute through the app before confirming delivery. Hushburg's support team will review the case and, where the dispute is upheld, refund the amount to your Hushburg shopping wallet.
- Disputes must be raised before confirming delivery. Once you confirm an order received, the payment is released to the seller and the transaction is considered complete.
- Product condition must match the listing. Sellers are required to accurately disclose whether an item is new or pre-owned. Misrepresentation is grounds for a refund.
- Refunds on upheld disputes are credited to your Hushburg shopping wallet within 24 to 72 hours of the resolution decision.
Section 04 Wallet Withdrawals
Withdrawing Your Balance
Hushburg allows users to withdraw their real BDT wallet balance to supported payment methods. Because the Hushburg wallet is a shopping wallet rather than a financial account, withdrawals are subject to the following conditions.
Minimum Withdrawal Rule — How It Works
The ৳499 minimum is not a lock or a fee. It ensures your wallet always has enough balance for platform activity, including placing a Call Security deposit, booking a seat, or checking out a small order. Your balance belongs to you and can always be spent in-app.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: Any single withdrawal request must be for ৳499 or above.
- Withdrawal requests below ৳499 will not be accepted. Use your remaining balance for in-app purchases, auctions, or services.
- Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours and no later than 72 hours from submission.
- Daily request limits vary by withdrawal method. See the table below for your method's current limit.
- A withdrawal charge of 1% applies on most methods. City Bank PLC charges 0.5%. See the method table for full details.

Ensure your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account number and branch details are correct before submitting a withdrawal. Hushburg is not responsible for failed or misdirected withdrawals caused by incorrect account information provided by the user.
Section 05 HBT In-App Currency
HBT Is Not Withdrawable
Hushburg Token (HBT) is an in-app currency earned through platform activity. HBT is not equivalent to real currency and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or converted into BDT or any other currency.
HBT can only be used for the following in-app purposes:
- Applying discounts on store purchases
- Joining HBT training auctions (free-to-play, risk-free)
- Subscribing to a Seller Panel (Standard or Premium)
HBT is earned through the daily tap-to-earn game, completing daily tasks, and adding products to your Interest List. It is never sold for real money. Seller Panel fees payable in HBT are for in-app subscription use only.
Section 06 Disputes and Support
Raising a Dispute
If you believe a refund or withdrawal has been incorrectly processed, or if you have a dispute regarding an order or an auction outcome, please contact Hushburg support as soon as possible. Our team reviews all disputes manually.
Disputes regarding auction outcomes must be submitted within 48 hours of the auction closing. Disputes regarding order refunds must be raised before confirming delivery in the app.
- Auction disputes: Submit within 48 hours of auction close via in-app support or email.
- Order disputes: Raise before confirming delivery in the app. Post-confirmation disputes cannot be raised.
- Withdrawal issues: Contact support with your transaction ID and the registered account details used.
