Browse or search for products in the Hushburg Store, check the product listing for price, condition, and stock status, and add items to your cart. When you check out, your payment is held in escrow by Hushburg and is only released to the seller after you confirm that your order arrived. If something goes wrong, your money is protected.
Escrow means Hushburg holds your payment in a secure account and only releases it to the seller once you confirm your order has arrived safely. This means sellers cannot take your money and disappear, and you are never left paying for an item you never received. It is the safest way to shop from sellers you have never met before.
Delivery times depend on the seller and your location within Bangladesh. Each product listing shows estimated delivery information. Hushburg works with shipping partners including Steadfast, Pathao, and Bangladesh Post Office. Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS and push notification with tracking details.
Every product listing on Hushburg must clearly state whether the item is brand new or pre-owned. Real product images (not stock photos) are required. This is especially important for auction items, where condition is shown before you book your seat. You always know what you are buying before you spend anything.
Yes. Tap the heart icon on any product to add it to your Interest List. This saves the item for later and also earns you HBT, so even browsing and saving products contributes to your in-app rewards balance.
Do not confirm delivery in the app. As long as you have not pressed the delivery confirmation button, your payment stays in escrow and is not released to the seller. Raise a dispute through in-app support and the Hushburg team will investigate. If the dispute is upheld, your payment is refunded to your Hushburg shopping wallet within 24 to 72 hours.
Raise a dispute before confirming delivery. If the product significantly differs from what was listed, including condition, specifications, or quantity, the Hushburg team will review the case. Sellers are required to list products accurately. Misrepresentation is grounds for a full refund to your Hushburg wallet.
Once a seller dispatches your order, you will receive an SMS and push notification. Your Shopping History section in the app shows the current status of all active and past orders. For courier tracking, the app links to the relevant shipping partner's tracking page.
Yes. HBT can be applied as a discount on eligible store purchases. The available discount depends on your HBT balance and the specific product. The more HBT you have saved up, the bigger the discount you can apply. This is one of the best reasons to play the daily tap game and keep earning HBT regularly.
All sellers go through an application and approval process before they can list products. Verified sellers who complete all requirements receive a Blue Tick badge on their profile, which is visible to buyers on every listing. When you see the Blue Tick, you know the seller has been reviewed and approved by the Hushburg team.
Taste Terminal is Hushburg's food ordering section. Just like shopping for products, you can browse food sellers, place orders, and track delivery from within the same Hushburg app. Your Hushburg wallet balance can be used to pay for food orders.
The Services section currently includes bookable photo studio sessions. More service categories are being added regularly. All service bookings follow the same escrow protection as product orders, so your payment is held until the service is confirmed completed.
Hushburg uses a Highest Unique Bid format. You join a live auction room, book your seat, and submit offer amounts called Calls. The rule is simple: the participant whose offer is the highest amount that nobody else has also submitted wins the item. If two people submit the same offer, both are disqualified at that number. Strategy and precision matter more than having the biggest budget.
Imagine five people all want to win a phone. Person A offers ৳500, Person B also offers ৳500 — they tie, so neither can win with that number. Person C offers ৳520 and nobody else has offered exactly ৳520 — that is the Highest Unique bid and Person C is winning. The key word is unique: your offer must be one that nobody else has chosen.
The seat booking fee is a small one-time charge you pay to enter a live auction room. It is non-refundable and covers your entry plus your first offer (1st Call). Think of it as your ticket into the room. No separate security deposit is held for your 1st Call.
From your 2nd Call onward, a Call Security deposit is held based on the offer amount you submit. This is fully refundable if your Call does not win. It acts as a good-faith commitment that you are serious about your offer. If you win, this deposit is applied toward the final purchase price plus delivery.
Highest Unique means you are currently winning. Your offer is unique and the highest such offer in the room. Dismiss means someone else offered the exact same amount as you, so both of you are disqualified at that number until one of you changes their offer. Cross means your offer was unique when placed, but a higher unique offer now exists and you have been overtaken on the leaderboard.
There is no hard limit on Calls. You can keep submitting new Calls for as long as the auction is running. Each new Call from the 2nd Call onward holds its own refundable Call Security. More Calls also improve your Player Badge, which unlocks a faster Hold Timer, giving you a speed advantage over newer participants.
The Hold Timer is the cooldown between your turns. A new participant starts at 50 seconds per turn. But every time you place a new Call, your timer shortens. By your 8th Call or beyond, your timer drops to just 5 seconds. This means experienced, active bidders can respond to changes in the room much faster than someone who just joined.
Your badge upgrades automatically as you place more Calls. The badges are: 🌱 Seat Booking (1st Call, 50s timer), ⚔️ Hunter (2nd Call, 40s), 🎯 Skilled (3rd and 4th Call, 30s and 25s), 💎 Master Hunter (5th to 7th Call, 20s to 10s), and 👑 Treasure King (8th Call and beyond, 5s). Your badge is visible to everyone in the room.

Yes. Hushburg auctions are fully open. Every offer placed by every participant is visible in the live room with timestamps and Call Security amounts. BDT auctions are the real-money live auctions where you can win genuine deliverable products. All payments use real Bangladeshi Taka. HBT auctions are training-mode practice auctions that use Hushburg's in-app currency (HBT), not real money. They are designed for new users to learn how the bidding system works risk-free. Yes, absolutely. If your Call does not end as the winning Highest Unique bid, your Call Security deposit is fully refunded to your Hushburg shopping wallet within 24 to 72 hours after the auction closes and is audited. Only the seat booking fee is non-refundable.

The platform-wide maximum is ৳10,000,000 (10 million BDT) per auction item. Sellers with the Standard Auction Panel can list products up to ৳10,000. Gamified Mode is a visual theme option inside the live auction room that makes the bidding experience feel more like an event, with a stage backdrop and theatre-style presentation. It does not change the rules or outcomes; it is purely a visual enhancement to make bidding more engaging and fun.
The winning strategy involves three things: picking an offer number that is unique (nobody else has chosen it), making sure it is the highest such unique number, and holding that position when the timer hits zero. Watch the leaderboard, note which numbers are causing Dismiss conflicts, and choose a number that stands apart. Active bidders who earn faster Hold Timers also have a tactical speed advantage in close finishes.
The Participant Movements panel is the leaderboard inside the auction room. It shows every active bidder's name, their current offer, their Player Badge, their estimated total security spent, and their estimated discount versus the product's market price, all updating live. It gives you a clear picture of the competition at any moment.
A Dismiss means another participant submitted the exact same offer amount as you. Both of you are disqualified at that number. To get back in contention, simply submit a new Call with a different amount. Even changing your offer by a small amount makes it unique again and potentially Highest Unique if no one else is above you.
No. HBT training auction prizes are claimed in person at a Hushburg marketing booth. These auctions are run by the Hushburg marketing team as a way to introduce new users to the bidding system in a risk-free environment. They are not a replacement for the real BDT auctions.

Yes. A Hushburg auction requires a minimum number of participants before it begins. If the minimum is reached before the scheduled start time, the auction can start immediately. HBT stands for Hushburg Token. It is the in-app currency of the Hushburg platform. You earn it through everyday activity inside the app and spend it on discounts, training auctions, and seller panel subscriptions. It is not real currency, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and is not sold for money. It is purely a reward for being an active Hushburg user.

Your streak multiplier increases with every consecutive day you play the tap game, starting at 1x on day one and growing up to 365x for a full year of daily play. A higher multiplier means each tap earns significantly more HBT. If you miss a day, the streak decays rather than resetting to zero immediately, giving you a small buffer.
HBT has three uses: applying discounts on store purchases, joining free HBT training auctions to practice bidding without risking real money, and paying for a Seller Panel subscription (Standard or Premium, Store, Food, Auction, or Service).
